Head of Healthcare Technology Operations

We are partnering with a global enterprise technology organisation to appoint a Head of Healthcare Technology Operations, based in Dubai.This senior leadership role will take responsibility for a regional technology support function servicing major healthcare customers. The successful candidate will combine healthcare technology experience, strategic leadership and hands-on operational management, driving improvements across service delivery, customer experience, team performance and operational efficiency.Our customer is an established global technology organisation providing complex enterprise software and digital solutions to major healthcare organisations internationally, with a growing presence across the Middle East.Key responsibilitiesLead and develop a regional healthcare technology support functionDrive improvements in operational efficiency, productivity and service performanceTransform working practices towards a structured, proactive and best-practice operating modelImprove cross-team collaboration, knowledge sharing and escalation processesEstablish performance measures and service standards to drive continuous improvementBuild strong relationships with strategic healthcare customers and act as a senior escalation pointEngage with CIOs, technology leaders and senior healthcare stakeholdersPartner with regional leadership on strategy, resource planning and operational decisionsCollaborate across technical, product and professional services teamsDevelop future leaders and drive positive organisational and cultural changeRecommend improvements to team structures, processes and operating modelsTravel periodically across the Middle East for customer and stakeholder engagementQualifications & experienceExperience leading enterprise technology support, service delivery or technical operationsExperience within healthcare technology, healthcare software or healthcare IT environmentsProven experience leading technical teams through operational managersStrong background in operational transformation, service improvement and culture changeExperience supporting complex enterprise software or technology environmentsTrack record of improving productivity, processes and customer serviceStrong executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite customers and senior healthcare leadershipRegional or multi-country leadership experienceStrong understanding of IT service management and structured support environmentsAbility to balance customer, technical and commercial prioritiesExposure to healthcare revenue cycle processes would be beneficialITIL knowledge or certification would be advantageousArabic language capability would be beneficial but is not mandatoryBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits packagePerformance-related bonusExcellent private healthcare schemeHigh level of autonomy and regional exposureDubai-based position with regional travelRecruitment processThe position has recently opened and we are currently identifying senior technology leaders across the region and internationally.Please apply within and, once your application has been reviewed, you will be contacted if your background meets the requirements.
