قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia as part of our new office setup. This role will play a key part in driving HR initiatives and supporting the development of our organizational culture.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for the end-to-end HR Generalist function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.In addition, you will help promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace while ensuring compliance with local labor laws. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the growth of our new Saudi Arabia office and support the development of a strong and sustainable workforce. ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidatesDemonstrated 0→1 experience setting up HR practice for a new entity; experience working with regional or overseas headquarters is a plusDevelop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Saudi labor lawsAct as the main point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance and support to resolve workplace mattersWork closely with HQ HRBP and leadership to establish company SOPs and workforce planning for the new office setupSupport local leadership on talent mapping and company expansion initiativesCollaborate with HQ HR team to align HR practices with global company policies and strategic directionLiaise with relevant Saudi government authorities and ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements, including Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD), General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), Ministry of Interior (via Absher & Muqeem platforms), Qiwa Platform, Mudad PlatformPartner with leadership to identify and implement talent management and development strategiesMaintain and manage employee records, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and complianceRequirements8-12 years of HR experience, preferably within a corporate environment in Saudi ArabiaPrior experience in the investment or fintech industry will be considered an added advantageStrong understanding of Saudi labor laws and employment regulationsSolid hands-on experience in end-to-end HR generalist functionsStartup environment experience will be an added advantageExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levelsExperience working with global teams will be an added advantageStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionallyFamiliarity with key government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, and WPS systems is highly preferredPreferably based in Saudi Arabia or with prior working experience in the Saudi marketProficient in HR systems, Lark/Feishu and Microsoft Office SuiteFluency in Arabic and English. Chinese speaking is a plus.
