With an established Regional and International presence, the organisation is seeking an experienced HR leader to build on a well-established HR function and support the next stage of its growth. This role will be responsible for leading the people agenda across employee relations, talent management, learning and development, organisational effectiveness, and HR operations, while acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership on workforce planning, change management, and employee engagement.More ResponsibilitiesLead the development and delivery of the HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Partner with senior leadership on talent management, organisational development, workforce planning, and change initiatives.Drive continuous improvement across HR operations, policies, processes, and service delivery.Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, employment legislation, and workplace best practice.Lead talent and succession planning, performance management, and career development programmes.Develop and retain high-potential talent through coaching, mentoring, and leadership development initiatives.Oversee learning and development programmes that support both business needs and employee growth.Foster a positive, high-performing culture that promotes engagement, accountability, and professional development.Qualifications & Prerequisites8-10 years HR experience within a similar position, ideally with International and Regional HR experience and knowledge.Strong experience across employee relations, talent management, learning and development, and HR operations.Sound knowledge of HR best practice, employment legislation, compensation, benefits, and performance management.Proven ability to lead organisational change, HR projects, and workforce development initiatives.Experience coaching and developing leaders, managing HR teams, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.Strong communication, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.ApplyApplicants meeting this criterion and looking for a progressive and challenging opportunity should submit an application via, apply@gateworth.com quoting the GWG reference, 15895
