Head of Human Resources

Cornerstone International Group Türkiye is representing a leading global manufacturing organization in the search for a Head of Human Resources.This is a senior leadership role within a complex, large-scale manufacturing environment of approximately 4,000 employees, with significant blue-collar exposure and close interaction with global HR stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall HR strategy and people agenda in line with business priorities.Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and global HR teams.Lead employee and industrial relations, labor law, workforce and disciplinary processes.Drive organizational effectiveness, performance management, talent, succession and workforce planning.Strengthen HR transformation, digitalization and employee engagement initiatives.Lead a sizeable HR organization across HRBP, Talent, Payroll and Personnel Administration. Profile15+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within large-scale manufacturing.Significant experience with blue-collar populations and complex employee relations.Strong knowledge of labor law and HR operations.Experience in a unionized environment and collective bargaining processes is strongly preferred.Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate with strong executive presence.Commercial, analytical and hands-on leadership style.Fluent English is required.Location : İzmirCandidates based outside İzmir who are open to relocation will also be considered.Applications will be handled confidentially by Cornerstone International Group Türkiye.Information on KVKK / Personal Data Protection Law.
