The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring that people practices are aligned with business objectives while fostering a high-performance and engaging work environment.We are seeking candidates with a strong track record in HR leadership, ideally gained within large, complex organisations in the energy, industrial, infrastructure, or related sectors.
