As the business transitions from a UAE focused operation into a true multi country business across Qatar, Saudi Arabia and beyond, it needs its first Head of HR to build the function from the ground up.This is not a role stepping into an established team and existing processes. There is no corporate HR function yet, you will be building policies, payroll structures, recruitment processes and performance frameworks from scratch, with full ownership over how HR is set up as the company scales.What's in it for you:The rare chance to build an HR function from zero rather than inherit someone else's structureDirect reporting line into the CEO and COO, with real influence over how the company scales its people functionJoin a business already recognised as a market leader, expanding at real pace across the GCCBase salary of AED 55,000 a monthWhat you'll be doing:Building HR policies, procedures and governance from the ground up across UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and future marketsLeading recruitment strategy across corporate, technical, operational and commercial functionsOverseeing payroll, benefits, compensation structures and salary benchmarkingEstablishing a performance management framework, including KPIs, reviews and succession planningManaging employee relations and ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulationsDeveloping training, leadership development and career progression frameworks as the business growsWhat we need:8 plus years of HR experience with previous HR management responsibilityExperience within a multinational or large organisation strongly preferredStrong UAE labour law knowledge, with GCC or multi country HR experience preferredA track record of building or transforming HR functions rather than just running an existing oneStrong payroll, compensation, benefits and workforce planning experienceExcellent English, Arabic preferredIf you want to build the people function of a business that is genuinely scaling, not just planning to, we would like to hear from you.
