support organizational growth and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR LeadershipDevelop and execute a regional HR strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives and growth plans.Partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and business transformation initiatives.Lead HR integration activities for new markets, mergers, acquisitions, or business expansions.Drive organizational culture, employee experience, diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), and leadership effectiveness across all countries.Multi-Country HR ManagementProvide strategic HR leadership across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives while respecting local legal and cultural requirements.Lead and support country HR Managers to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, programs, and standards.Standardize HR processes while allowing appropriate localization where required by legislation or business needs.Ensure compliance with employment laws, statutory requirements, and regulatory obligations in each country of operation.Manage regional mobility, expatriate assignments, cross-border transfers, immigration coordination, and localization initiatives.Support regional business expansion through HR due diligence, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategies.Talent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningDevelop regional recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.Oversee executive hiring and critical talent acquisition.Build succession pipelines and future leadership capability across all business units and countries.Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's market position.Performance & Talent ManagementEstablish and oversee performance management frameworks that drive accountability and business results.Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential employee development.Coach senior leaders on performance management, leadership capability, and people development.Learning & Leadership DevelopmentDevelop regional learning and development strategies aligned with business priorities.Design leadership development, management capability, and technical learning programs.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning.Compensation, Benefits & high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven culture.Lead employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and retention initiatives.Resolve complex employee relations matters and provide guidance on disciplinary and grievance processes.Partner with business leaders to strengthen employee communication and engagement.HR Operations, Governance & ComplianceLead all HR operations across the region, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement.Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.Ensure compliance with local labor laws, statutory regulations, data privacy requirements, and internal policies in each country.Oversee HR systems, employee records, HRIS, and payroll governance through country HR teams and shared service providers where applicable.Manage internal and external HR audits and compliance reviews.Organizational Development & Change ManagementLead organization design, restructuring, and business transformation initiatives.Drive change management strategies supporting growth and operational excellence.Develop succession planning and leadership continuity frameworks.HR Analytics & Executive ReportingDevelop regional HR dashboards and executive reports.Present workforce analytics, talent metrics, and strategic recommendations to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.Utilize data-driven insights to improve organizational performance and workforce effectiveness.Budget & Vendor ManagementPrepare and manage the regional HR budget.Oversee relationships with recruitment agencies, benefit providers, training partners, immigration consultants, and other HR service providers.Optimize HR costs while maintaining high-quality service delivery.Experience15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with responsibility for the complete employee lifecycle.Minimum of 7 years in a senior HR leadership role supporting multiple countries or regions.Demonstrated experience partnering directly with CEOs and executive leadership teams.Experience leading organizational transformation, talent management, and HR strategy across geographically dispersed operations.Strong understanding of international employment practices and cross-cultural leadership.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Master's degree (MBA, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or equivalent) preferred.
