Job DescriptionDevelop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and headhunting.Conduct thorough screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination , ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, and Operations.Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.Engage with passive talent and build pipelines for critical leadership roles.Lead offer negotiations and manage the onboarding coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.Maintain accurate and updated records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring metrics to support strategic decision-making.Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
