Recruitment needs to work at volume, onboarding must be fast and consistent, managers need practical support, and the culture needs to remain strong across a geographically dispersed workforce.This is a genuine Head of People & Culture role, working closely with the CEO and leadership team and leading an established team comprising a P&C Advisor, P&C Coordinator and L&D Lead. You will shape the people strategy, while remaining close enough to the business to ensure it translates into better outcomes on the ground.There is a strong culture and performance mandate. You will help bring those principles to life through how people are recruited, inducted, trained, developed, led and recognised.The business is growing through acquisitions, new-site openings and organic expansion, so there is also a significant build element. You will strengthen recruitment pipelines, leadership capability, learning and development, performance frameworks and consistent people practices across the national network.Employment compliance and Modern Award interpretation remain important, but this is broader than technical HR. The real opportunity is to help create a high-performing, hospitable and fun culture while putting the structure in place for continued growth.Ideal candidates will bring significant senior HR leadership experience gained in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. You will be comfortable with scale, complexity and large frontline workforces, while remaining commercial, pragmatic and hands-on.Just as importantly, you will be progressive in how you work. This is a relatively young, dynamic and high-performing support office where no one is standing still.
