Head of Human Resources

Lead and execute the global HR strategy, aligning talent, organizational design, and workforce planning with business growth objectives.Partner with the C-suite on leadership development, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, and change management initiatives.Build and lead a high-performing talent acquisition function capable of attracting top infrastructure, engineering, commercial, and corporate talent across multiple countries.Develop employer branding and recruitment strategies to compete for talent against leading technology, infrastructure, and professional services firms.Design and manage global compensation, benefits, incentive programs, and mobility frameworks to ensure market competitiveness and compliance.Oversee HR operations including HRIS, payroll, employee lifecycle management, people analytics, and HR governance across multiple jurisdictions.Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, data privacy requirements, and statutory obligations in all operating marketsDrive a high-performance culture by implementing performance management, employee engagement, leadership development, and retention programs.Build, lead, and scale the HR team while managing external HR vendors, consultants, and executive search partners.Establish HR KPIs, reporting frameworks, and data-driven decision-making processes to support leadership visibility and business outcomes.Key Requirements15+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role overseeing the full HR function.Strong international HR experience across APAC and ideally Western markets (US, Europe, or Australia).Proven experience scaling organizations, building HR infrastructure, and managing multi-country HR operations.Bachelor's degree required; MBA and HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, GPHR, CIPD) are advantageous.Interested candidates kindly forward your CV to cathy.chou@peoplesearch.jobs (Feel free to forward this great opportunity to someone who would be a great fit for this role.All information will be kept strictly confidential.
