Apply & track with Apply EdgePosition: Head of Human Resources (Saudi National)Nationality: Saudi NationalType: Full-Time Location: Riyadh, KSAThe RoleWe are looking for an experienced Head of Human Resources to join a leading educational institute in Riyadh and lead the organization’s overall HR function, people strategy, and workforce development.You will work closely with senior leadership to build and implement HR strategies that support the institute’s objectives, strengthen organizational culture, attract and retain top talent, and ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and Saudization requirements.This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished HR professional who combines strategic thinking, strong people leadership, and a deep understanding of the Saudi market and its evolving workforce landscape.Key Responsibilities· Develop and lead the institute’s overall HR strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.· Advise senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, talent management, and employee engagement.· Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, compensation, and employee relations.· Lead workforce planning and Saudization initiatives in line with national requirements and organizational needs.· Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, HR regulations, policies and best practices.· Develop and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and internal processes.· Build effective talent acquisition and retention strategies across academic and administrative functions.· Drive performance management and leadership development programs.· Strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement, and internal communication.· Oversee HR reporting, workforce analytics, budgets, and key HR performance indicators.· Lead and develop the HR team while promoting a high-performance and people-focused culture.Required Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; master’s degree is an advantage.· Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in a senior HR leadership position.· Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Saudization requirements, and local HR practices.· Experience within the education sector or a similarly complex organization is highly preferred.· Proven experience in HR strategy, organizational development, talent management, and workforce planning.· Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.· Ability to operate both strategically and operationally in a dynamic environment.
