We’re backed by Index Ventures, Chalfen Ventures and Entrepreneur First.About the roleYouʼll run Worldoverʼs Product Implementation team and make enterprise delivery predictable, from the first solution design call to a customer who renews. Implementation is the main limit on how fast Worldover can grow, because every new customer needs their system designed, built, loaded with their data and launched before they can use it. Your team builds those systems itself, in Worldmaker, using AI coding to turn what each customer needs into working enterprise software.The you'll manage and scale a growing team of Product Implementation associates, whose work ranges from small first deployments to large ERP and MRP programmes. You'll ensure that the team is thriving and growing professionally, and, like all managers at Worldover, will roll your sleeves up and take on some implementations personally. ResponsibilitiesYou'll run each build from scoping to launch.Your team joins discovery calls with Sales and configures a first working version while the deal is still open, then carries the project through data migration and go-live, with Customer Success alongside you once the customer is live.When a deployment needs you, you'll be in Worldmaker doing the work yourself.You'll write down how we deliver, from how a project is scoped and planned to how a go-live is checked and signed off, so every build runs the same way and the team can take on more of them.When the team builds something new for one customer, you'll help decide whether it should join the archetype library, where every future build can use it.You'll be the senior voice of implementation with customers.You'll also work closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success, so that handovers are clean and what customers ask for reaches the roadmap.Required SkillsYou've led delivery at a software studio or product consultancy that builds software for client companies, and you've run several of those builds at once.You've taken build projects from scoping through to launch inside a client's business, and you've led the people doing the building.You build things yourself.You use AI coding tools every day and you've shipped working software with them.You're at home cleaning and migrating customer data, and you know that's where most deployments get hard.You can explain software clearly to experts in other fields, and you're patient with customers who need to see why a new system is worth the change.You've hired and developed people, and you can point to where they went next.
