Head of Implementation

We're hiring: Head of Implementation | Syspos | Dubai, UAESyspos is a UAE-based cloud POS and payments platform powering F&B, retail, and hospitality merchants. As we scale across the region, we're looking for a Head of Implementation to own how our solutions get deployed, from signed contract to a live, running business.What you'll doBuild and lead the local implementation team, setting up structure, roles, and clear delivery standardsOwn end-to-end deployments for single-site merchants through to multi-branch and enterprise rolloutsManage integrated solution setups, including POS, payments, kitchen display, inventory, delivery aggregators, and third-party ERP/accounting systemsDesign repeatable onboarding playbooks, go-live checklists, and handover processes to supportPlan resources and timelines across concurrent projects, and keep go-lives on scheduleAct as the senior point of contact for key clients during rollout, and work closely with Sales, Product, and Support to feed field insights back into the productWhat we're looking for6+ years in POS, payments, or restaurant/retail technology implementation, with at least 2–3 years leading teamsHands-on experience deploying integrated systems in F&B, retail, or hospitality environmentsStrong project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple rollouts at onceSolid understanding of hardware, networking, menu/product configuration, and integrationsUAE/GCC market experience strongly preferredArabic and English is a plusDriving Licenses
