Head of Indirect Materials Procurement

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced procurement executive to lead the indirect procurement function for a large regional business.The role will oversee multiple procurement categories covering enterprise-wide indirect spend while driving sourcing excellence, supplier management, cost optimization, and procurement transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the indirect procurement organization across multiple spend categories.Develop category strategies and procurement roadmaps.Manage strategic sourcing projects and major supplier negotiations.Drive procurement governance and operational excellence.Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders across corporate functions.Lead supplier relationship management and performance improvement.Identify opportunities for process optimization, digitalization, and value creation.Develop high-performing procurement teams and succession pipelines.Support business expansion through effective procurement planning.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or above.15+ years of indirect procurement experience in multinational companies.Proven experience managing complex procurement portfolios across multiple indirect categories.Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills.Experience leading sizeable procurement teams.Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English; Mandarin language capability is highly preferred for regional collaboration.
