Head of Information Security, Risk & ComplianceOxfordshire | HybridWe’re recruiting a Head of Information Security, Risk & Compliance for a large, high-profile UK organisation undergoing continued technology and digital transformation.This is a high-impact leadership role with ownership of the security strategy, cyber risk and compliance agenda, combining strategic direction with hands-on leadership across a complex cloud and SaaS environment.You’ll lead and develop the security function, oversee 24/7 security operations and incident response, and drive continued maturity across Zero Trust, Secure by Design, vulnerability management, third-party risk and security governance.You’ll also act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating complex cyber threats and vulnerabilities into clear commercial risks and priorities.We’re looking for experience across:Senior Information / Cyber Security leadershipCloud, SaaS, network, application and data securityNIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS and GDPRSecurity risk, governance and complianceZero Trust architecture and Secure by DesignSOC / security operations and incident responseThird-party and supplier risk managementC-suite stakeholder engagementCISM, CCSP, CISSP-ISSMP or similar certifications would be advantageous.This is an excellent opportunity for an established security leader to take genuine ownership of the security agenda within a sizeable, customer-facing organisation.Interested?
