We are looking for entrepreneurial leaders who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, work closely with senior management, and build businesses, brands and experiences of enduring value.About the RoleHEAD OF TECHNOLOGYRole and Responsibilities Lead Sawai Jaipur's technology strategy and digital transformation across its heritage, hospitality, retail, events and corporate operations.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement Sawai Jaipur's enterprise technology and digital strategy.Lead digital transformation across all business verticals.Evaluate and implement ERP, CRM, HRMS, ticketing, POS, retail and hospitality technology platforms.Build integrated data architecture and management-information systems.Develop dashboards and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.Lead website, mobile, e-commerce and digital-platform development.Identify opportunities for AI, automation, computer vision and emerging technologies.Drive technology-enabled visitor and guest experiences.Strengthen cybersecurity, data protection, access controls and IT governance.Establish IT infrastructure, systems, service standards and disaster-recovery frameworks.Manage technology vendors, implementation partners and technology budgets.Develop technology roadmaps for new businesses and projects.Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Hospitality, Retail, Events and Heritage teams.Build and lead a high-performing technology team.Qualifications8–15+ years of experience in technology, digital transformation, IT leadership or product/platform development.Proven experience implementing enterprise technology solutions.Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, cloud, data, cybersecurity and digital platforms.Experience leading technology transformation across multiple business functions.Required SkillsStrong project-management and vendor-management capabilities.Commercially aware and able to translate technology into measurable business outcomes.Experience in hospitality, retail, consumer, cultural or experience-led businesses is an advantage.Preferred SkillsSuccess in the Role Technology adoption, operational efficiency, digital revenue, data quality, system reliability, cybersecurity, automation and measurable improvements in customer and employee experience.Technology adoption, operational efficiency, digital revenue, data quality, system reliability, cybersecurity, automation and measurable improvements in customer and employee experience.Equal Opportunity StatementWHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR8+ years of relevant professional experience with demonstrated leadership and execution capability.An entrepreneurial mindset and the ambition to build, innovate and scale.Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.The ability to work directly with senior leadership on high-impact initiatives.Strong communication, stakeholder-management and team-building skills.A passion for excellence, heritage, hospitality, culture, design and creating world-class experiences.Why Sawai Jaipur?Sawai Jaipur brings together an extraordinary portfolio of heritage, hospitality, culture, retail, events and lifestyle businesses rooted in one of India's most distinctive cultural destinations.
