Job Title : IT Head – SAP, Infrastructure & IT SalesExperience : 15+ YearsLocation : ChennaiJob Summary :We are looking for an experienced IT Head to lead the organization's IT strategy, enterprise applications, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP, IT infrastructure, and business-facing IT, with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.Key Responsibilities :IT Strategy & LeadershipDefine and execute the organization's IT roadmap aligned with business objectives.Lead enterprise-wide IT initiatives, digital transformation programs, and technology modernization.Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments.Build, mentor, and lead high-performing IT teams.SAPOversee SAP implementation, enhancement, support, and governance.Manage SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, WM, and integration with other enterprise applications.Ensure system stability, performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.IT InfrastructureLead the management of data centers, cloud infrastructure, servers, storage, networking, and end-user computing.Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity planning.Manage cybersecurity initiatives, identity and access management, endpoint security, and compliance.Business Applications & IT EnablementCollaborate with business leaders to identify technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.Drive automation, analytics, and digital initiatives across functions.Oversee ERP integrations, application support, and enterprise systems.Vendor & Stakeholder ManagementManage relationships with technology partners, SAP consultants, and infrastructure vendors.Negotiate contracts, monitor SLAs, and ensure quality service delivery.Present IT strategies and project updates to senior leadership.Required Skills15+ years of experience in IT leadership roles.Strong experience managing SAP landscapes and enterprise applications.Expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.Experience leading large IT teams and enterprise transformation programs.Strong knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance.Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.MBA or equivalent management qualification is preferred.SAP, cloud, or ITIL certifications are an advantage.Experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
