As we expand across multiple locations and embrace digital transformation, we are building a modern, cloud native, AI first technology ecosystem that will power our next phase of growth.We are looking for a visionary Head of Information Technology to lead our technology strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications. This is a leadership role for someone who can build technology as a strategic advantage for the business.What You Will DoAs the Head of IT, you will:Define and execute PRAMOD GROUP's enterprise technology strategy and digital transformation roadmap.Lead the implementation and management of ERP, POS, CRM, HRMS, finance, inventory, procurement, manufacturing, and warehouse systems.Build and manage secure, highly available cloud infrastructure across stores, factories, warehouses, and corporate offices.Drive AI adoption across the organization through automation, analytics, forecasting, and operational intelligence.Develop executive dashboards and business intelligence for sales, finance, operations, manufacturing, and supply chain.Lead cybersecurity initiatives including identity management, endpoint security, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity.Standardize technology across all current and future outlets.Manage IT vendors, technology partners, budgets, and enterprise contracts.Build and mentor a high performing IT team across infrastructure, applications, security, data, and support.Partner with business leaders to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability through technology.What We Are Looking For10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.Experience leading IT for retail, QSR, FMCG, food manufacturing, hospitality, or multi-location businesses.Strong experience with ERP implementation and enterprise applications.Expertise in cloud platforms, networking, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.Experience implementing POS, inventory, warehouse, and manufacturing systems.Knowledge of business intelligence platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.Experience evaluating and deploying AI solutions to improve business operations.Strong leadership, vendor management, project management, and communication skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
