Roles & Responsibilities:Lead and execute the IT strategy, roadmap, and operating model to support business objectives, digital transformation, and regulated payment operations.Drive the integration of local IT operations with Group technology standards and shared services while ensuring business continuity, regulatory compliance, and operational accountability.Provide technology leadership and advisory support to senior management, identifying opportunities, risks, innovation initiatives, and strategic investments.Establish strong IT governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to BNM RMiT, PCI DSS, PayNet, data protection, and NTT DATA Group requirements.Oversee IT operations and service delivery, ensuring high system availability, reliability, service performance, incident management, and operational excellence.Manage infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and technology resilience, including disaster recovery, business continuity, vulnerability management, and security controls.Lead application delivery, platform migrations, and technology projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, budget, quality, and timeline expectations.Manage technology vendors and third-party partners, ensuring service quality, contractual compliance, performance monitoring, and outsourcing governance.Oversee IT financial and resource management, including budgeting, cost optimisation, procurement, workforce planning, and automation initiatives.Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, regulators, auditors, customers, and partners, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value and high stakeholder satisfaction.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA and professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, CISM, PMP, TOGAF, AWS, Azure) are advantageous.Minimum 12 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing enterprise IT operations, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and large-scale technology programmes.Strong experience in financial services, payments, fintech, banking, or other highly regulated industries, with proven knowledge of regulatory compliance, technology risk management, RCSA, and audit governance.Deep understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, risk management, cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, DevSecOps, business continuity, disaster recovery, and industry frameworks such as BNM RMiT, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL, and NIST.Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with executive leadership, Board members, regulators, auditors, customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.Proven capability in managing IT budgets, contracts, service performance, resource planning, cost optimisation, and vendor relationships.Strong track record in leading multidisciplinary teams, driving organisational change, developing talent, managing crises, and balancing group standardisation with local operational accountability.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
