This full-time, on-site role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia involves overseeing IT governance, managing IT teams, and coordinating technology projects across departments. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing IT strategies, managing IT budgets, supervising infrastructure and systems maintenance, and ensuring high levels of system reliability, security, and performance. The role also involves establishing policies and standards for IT operations, partnering with senior leadership on digital transformation initiatives, and managing relationships with external vendors and service providers. The Head of Information Technology will monitor emerging technologies, assess risks, and drive continuous improvement in IT processes and services.Qualifications Strong foundation in Information Technology with broad knowledge of enterprise systems, networks, and security.Proven experience in IT Management and IT Operations, including leading teams and overseeing day-to-day support and service delivery.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute IT Strategy aligned with organizational goals and future growth.Hands-on experience with IT Infrastructure, including servers, cloud services, networking, and related technologies.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.Experience in budgeting, vendor management, and contract negotiation for IT products and services.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP, cloud certifications) are an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
