Role:The Head of IT will lead the organization's technology strategy, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and digital transformation initiatives. The role will be instrumental in building a secure, scalable, and future-ready IT ecosystem that supports manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, finance, and business operations.ResponsibilitiesDrive enterprise-wide IT and Digital Transformation strategyLead Cybersecurity, Information Security, and IT Governance initiativesManage ERP, MES, PLM, CRM, HRMS, and other business applicationsEnable Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing, and Automation programsOversee IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Networks, Servers, and Data CentersDevelop Data Analytics, BI Dashboards, and Reporting FrameworksManage IT projects, budgets, vendors, and service delivery QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related disciplin MBA/EMBA preferredExperience15+ years of experience in Information TechnologyMinimum 5 years in an IT leadership roleTechnical & Process CapabilitiesProven track record in ERP implementation, cybersecurity, and digital transformationExperience in Defence, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Electronics, or Engineering organizations preferredCISSP | CISM | CISA | ITIL | CEH | ISO 27001 | Azure/AWS CertificationsBehavioral CapabilitiesCollaborative , Capable to interact / interface with customers, Cross functional teamSelf-driven, Able to MentorExcellent Communication, verbal & writtenPassionate & Learning ability
