Head of Infrastructure

OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Head of Infrastructure to lead the strategy, delivery, and evolution of a large-scale enterprise technology environment. This executive will oversee enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, core IT operations, and technology services while driving modernization, automation, scalability, and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the enterprise infrastructure strategy and technology roadmap.Lead infrastructure modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.Oversee enterprise infrastructure, networking, systems, and IT operations to ensure a secure, reliable, and highly available environment.Drive automation and modern engineering practices to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.Establish best practices for IT operations, incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity.Build and develop a high-performing infrastructure organization.Partner with executive leadership to align technology investments with business objectives.Manage strategic vendor relationships, infrastructure budgets, and key technology initiatives.QualificationsExtensive experience leading enterprise infrastructure and IT operations in a complex environment.Strong expertise across cloud technologies, enterprise infrastructure, networking, systems, and IT operations.Experience leading large-scale modernization and operational transformation initiatives.Familiarity with infrastructure automation, DevOps, and modern operational practices.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with IT service management, disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure security.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
