Head of Integration & Transformation

One of the leading bank is seeking a senior tech transformation leader to drive large-scale integration, transformation, and strategic technology initiatives across international markets, with a strong focus on India .The role will lead complex cross-functional programmes spanning business, technology, operations, and organizational transformation while partnering closely with executive leadership, EXCO. The individual will serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives that support growth ambitions across international markets.The successful candidate will combine deep consulting expertise, technology acumen, stakeholder management capability, and hands-on integration experience gained through large-scale transformation programmesCandidate profile :12+ years of experience in management consulting, transformation, technology strategy, corporate strategy, integration, or large-scale programme delivery.Proven track record leading large-scale post-merger integrations and enterprise transformation programmes.Significant experience managing complex international programmes across multiple geographies.Strong exposure to international markets. India Market knowledge is a must to have.Demonstrated experience in technology-enabled transformation and digital modernization initiatives.Experience engaging directly with C-Suite, EXCO, , and senior regulators.Proven ability to lead large teams and influence senior stakeholders in matrix organizations.Tier-1 strategy consulting backgroundExperience within Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Financial Infrastructure organizations.Experience leading banking integration and transformation programmes.Experience supporting international expansion and market integration activities
