In addition, MBC Group owns and operates MBC Shahid: the world’s leading Arabic VOD and SVOD streaming platform by MBC GROUP, offering premium content to Arab families, including binge worthy exclusive Shahid Original Series; Shahid Premieres; Arabic movies fresh off the box-office; live TV channels in true HD quality.Responsibilities:Own the international expansion P&L — hold final authority on market strategy, budget allocation, and ROI across all diaspora markets.Define and maintain the central GTM and brand playbook that each market localizes from, ensuring a consistent MBC Shahid identity across geographies.Translate the central GTM into city-specific activation plans for each market (on-ground and localized digital).Directly source, vet, contract, and manage in-market freelancers, local agencies, vendors, and production partners to execute activations.Set, track, and optimize market-level KPIs — subscriber acquisition, engagement, cost-per-acquisition, and activation ROI.Establish a monthly performance and reporting cadence across markets, sharing learnings and replicating what works (e.g. proving the model in one market, then scaling).Requirements:12–18+ years of marketing experience, with senior leadership in OTT / streaming / media, or large-scale consumer brands (FMCG, telco, entertainment).Proven track record leading multi-market or international expansion — taking a brand into new geographies across multiple markets.Strong commercial and P&L acumen — has owned budgets, forecasts, and ROI accountability, not just creative or campaign delivery.Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written); deep understanding of MENA content and Arab diaspora culture.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or equivalent professional experience a plus.*Note: This is a 6-Month Freelance Contract.Ref; SS
