ROLE OVERVIEWJob Title: Head Of Investment BankingSalary: AED 30000-35000Job Location: Dubai, UAEWe are seeking an experienced Head of Investment Banking to lead the firm's M&A activities, with responsibility for deal origination, buyer identification, transaction execution, and deal closure.The role will focus on sourcing companies, securing advisory mandates, and identifying suitable strategic buyers, private equity firms, family offices, and investors.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source and originate M&A opportunities.
• Build relationships with business owners, founders, shareholders, and senior management.
• Identify and approach suitable strategic and financial buyers.
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of buy-side and sell-side opportunities.
• Lead the full M&A process from initial discussion through valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
• Prepare and review teasers, CIMs, financial analysis, valuations, and transaction presentations.
• Coordinate with clients, buyers, lawyers, accountants, and other advisors throughout the transaction.
• Negotiate transaction terms and support clients in achieving successful deal outcomes.
• Build and maintain a strong network of investors, private equity firms, family offices, and corporate buyers.
• Drive revenue growth for the investment banking function.CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Strong experience in Investment Banking, M&A, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, or Transaction Advisory.
• Proven track record in deal origination and successful M&A execution.
• Strong network of business owners, investors, strategic buyers, private equity firms, and family offices.
• Experience handling mid-market transactions.
• Strong financial analysis, valuation, negotiation, and commercial skills.
• Ability to independently manage transactions from origination through closing.
• Strong executive presence and relationship-building capability.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• MBA, CFA, CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualification would be an advantage.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Investment Banking.
