Team members work within a structured environment that prioritizes customer needs, supports employee well-being, and maintains constructive stakeholder relationships.Role Description This is a contract, hybrid Head of Investor Relations role based in Abu Dhabi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Head of Investor Relations will develop and execute the investor relations strategy, positioning YooKatale’s story, mission, and performance clearly to current and prospective investors. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering investor presentations, managing investor communications, organizing meetings and roadshows, and responding to investor inquiries in a timely and informed manner. The role involves collaborating closely with finance and leadership teams to analyze business performance, prepare financial and investment-related materials, and ensure consistent messaging across all investor touchpoints. The Head of Investor Relations will monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and competitive developments to provide insights that inform strategic decisions and capital-raising activities.Qualifications Strong investor relations expertise, including experience managing Investor Relations programs and investor communications.Proficiency in creating and delivering high-quality investor presentations, reports, and briefing materials.Solid finance and investments knowledge, with the ability to interpret and explain financial statements and key performance metrics.Advanced analytical skills for evaluating market trends, financial data, and investment opportunities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse investor audiences.Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with institutional and individual investors, advisors, and other stakeholders.Experience working with or within growth-stage, technology-enabled, or food-sector businesses is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is a plus.Comfort working in a hybrid environment, collaborating across geographies and time zones, and adapting to evolving priorities.
