Are you an IPMI sales leader who wants to build and own a brand new international health business from day one?Our client is a well-established GCC insurer that has operated since the 1960s, with a strong medical insurance book in the UAE and a loyal base of individual and SME clients. They are now launching their own International Private Medical Insurance product out of Dubai, licensed and ready to sell. This is the first hire into the IPMI business, with experienced underwriting, operations, marketing and claims teams already in place to support you. Leadership is sales-led, approachable and quick to make decisions.What's in it for you?Basic salary of AED 35,000 to AED 42,000 per month, depending on experienceAnnual performance bonus, paid consistently every yearHead up a brand new IPMI department and shape how it goes to marketBuild your own team as the business growsReport directly to a CEO who is a career salesperson and backs his peopleThe stability of a long-established insurer with the pace of a launchWhat will you be doing?Winning new IPMI business directly with individuals, families and SMEsBuilding the go-to-market plan for the product alongside the CEOOpening up broker and partner distribution as the portfolio growsManaging and growing the portfolio you build, with support from the underwriting teamTracking pipeline, KPIs and results, and reporting regularly to leadershipHiring and leading a distribution team over timeWhat do you need?Strong experience selling International Private Medical Insurance in the UAE A background with an IPMI insurer such as Bupa Global, Cigna, Allianz Care, AXA Global Healthcare, Now Health or William Russell A proven track record of winning new business through direct sales, not just servicing inbound demand A hunter mindset, comfortable working within the resources of a regional insurer A solid understanding of the GCC health insurance market and regulation Relationships with IPMI brokers are a bonus Fluent English.
