Head of Islamic Finance (Islamic Window)Location: Abu Dhabi or DubaiWe're hiring a Head of Islamic Finance to lead the Islamic Window for a leading bank.This is a senior, high-visibility role reporting into the CFO, owning financial integrity, segregation from conventional operations, and Sharia-aligned financial management for the Islamic Window.What you'll own:Financial integrity, segregation, and regulatory reporting for the Islamic WindowProfit distribution, investment pool performance, and equalisation mechanisms (PER/IRR)Accounting and treasury operations for the Islamic Finance business unit, leading a growing teamCoordination with Sharia governance functions and regulatorsWhat we're looking for:7-10+ years' finance experience, with strong Islamic Banking/Islamic Finance background (essential)Deep command of IFRS and AAOIFI standardsExperience with Sharia-compliant product structuring (Murabaha, Ijara, Istisna'a) and depositor profit mechanismsRelevant professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CFA); Islamic finance certification a plusOpen to candidates locally and internationally - relocation supported.If this sounds like you, please apply below!
