Head of IT & Cloud Services

Job Summary:The Head of IT & Cloud Services, based in Algosystems in Athens Greece, will lead and develop Algosystems' IT & Cloud Services, ensuring secure, high-quality, and reliable delivery to enterprise customers while building scalable and profitable Managed Services.What You Will Do: The role combines technology leadership, service management, customer engagement, and people development.RequirementsJob ResponsibilitiesLead IT Infrastructure & Cloud Services delivery, ensuring reliability, SLA performance, operational excellence and customer satisfactionDevelop and evolve the Managed Services portfolio across on-premises, hybrid and multi-cloud environments, introducing new services and capabilitiesDrive standardization, automation, observability and continuous improvement to increase service quality, scalability and efficiencyAct as a senior technology and service partner for customers, collaborating with Sales and Presales on major opportunities, solution design and technology roadmapsManage strategic vendor and partner relationships, supporting technology capabilities and business growthOwn the domain's performance, including capacity, utilization, cost efficiency, budgeting, growth and profitabilityBuild, coach and develop high-performing teams through structured skills development, certifications, career paths and succession planningCollaborate across technology, delivery and commercial teams to deliver integrated solutions and services and identify opportunities for business growthQualifications And Work Experience10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems or Cloud, including technical leadership and people management experienceStrong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, compute, virtualization, storage, backup, data center and cloud technologiesStrong understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud architectures and services, including Microsoft Azure, AWS and other major cloud platformsExperience in Managed Infrastructure & Cloud Services and supporting large and complex enterprise environmentsUnderstanding of cloud migration, modernization, automation, observability and infrastructure managementDemonstrated experience in coaching, training and developing technical professionalsStrong customer orientation combined with commercial and financial awarenessExperience in developing and launching new managed services or capabilities will be considered an advantageUniversity degree in a relevant technology discipline; professional or cloud certifications are desirableExcellent command of English, written and spokenBenefitsWhat We Offer:Competitive remuneration packagePrivate medical and life insuranceTraining and development opportunities within a market-leading, fast growing organizationExposure to a multinational environment and global teamsA collaborative and inclusive workplace culture focused on innovation and growthIf you want to be part of one of the top leading software firms in the FinTech industry internationally, we want to hear from you!We are an equal opportunities employer.
