Comblack is hiring an experienced Head of IT & Information Systems!The role includes planning and managing the IT and information systems function, defining the organization’s IT strategy and operating model, leading technological transformation and complex IT projects, managing vendors and professional teams, driving system integration, and promoting collaboration with government entities.What are we looking for?10+ years of experience in IT, including building and managing an IT function from initiation and setup through ongoing operations — government experience is a significant advantage.Extensive and proven experience leading complex technology projects and large-scale organizational technology transformations.Experience managing teams and professional resources, as well as infrastructure and maintenance operations.In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Israeli government cloud environment (Nimbus).Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.Strong interpersonal skills, ability to operate in organizational complexity, and strategic end-to-end thinking.Why Comblack?Comblack is a company dedicated to creating accurate and meaningful connections between people and the right opportunities.
