قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجThe Job As the Head of IT and Cyber you will act as the organisation's trusted technical authority, translating overarching technology strategy into reliable, secure, and cost-effective IT delivery.The business you’ll work for is buying various domestic and commercial businesses across the UK and Ireland, you primary task will be aligning the technology of 43 sperate companies onto a single Microsoft tenant. You’ll support a team of 600 users across approximately 23 locations in the UK & Ireland, you’ll do this by selecting and managing an MSP partner. You will set the technical direction, build process around cyber / resilience and drive the business to a single back office that covers everything thing from telephony to web hosting. You’ll be leading all key infrastructure projects and over sea third-party relationships making sure support services consistently meet SLAs and security requirements.As part of this role you will visit the business units around the UK, you will own this diary, and you will expect to do 2/3 days per month onsite. About youYou must have worked in an environment where there has been a M&A activity. You will have very solid experience of M365 and have in depth experience setting up and migrating MS tenants. Moreover, we are looking for an IT lead whose mindset, values, and behavioural fit match their drive for the role. Rather than focusing purely on rigid technical testing or exact qualifications, we value strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative approach, and the motivation to take full accountability for vendor relationships and operational delivery. While experience with MSPs, tenant-to-tenant migrations, or mergers is useful, your drive, commercial awareness, and value-fit are what matter most.Technologies & core skills:Microsoft 365 (including Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune)Single Microsoft Tenant-to-Tenant Migrations & Infrastructure ProjectsCyber Security Frameworks & Controls (Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, MFA, Vulnerability Management)Information Security Governance, Risk & Compliance (UK GDPR, Cyber Essentials / Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001)Third-Party MSP & Vendor ManagementEndpoint Management, Networking Fundamentals (Firewalls, VPNs), and Identity & Access Management(Specific technical certifications or formal qualifications are flexible—your drive, integrity, and behavioural fit are key!)The CompanyThis established, multisite organisation operates across over 20 locations in the UK and Ireland.
