Head of IT – Hampshire£65,000 - £85,000 + Benefits + Hybrid WorkingAn exciting opportunity for a Head of IT to lead IT strategy and daily operations within a growing organisation. Having expanded through acquisitions in recent years, the company has a busy pipeline of IT projects designed to support future growth.This will be the company's first dedicated internal IT hire, with initial focus on managing external vendors and service providers, with potential to bring some functions in-house.Located on the south coast, the offices are accessible from Southampton and Portsmouth, offering flexible hybrid working arrangements.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute an effective IT strategy, reporting directly to senior managementOversee all IT functions including Software, Hardware, Cloud, Data, and InfrastructureManage and optimise the existing SAP ERP systemEnhance data security measures and data management processesManage relationships with external vendors and the current MSP providerEssential Experience:Currently in a senior IT management role with proven experience in planning and implementing IT strategiesExperience in managing multi-site system upgrades and ERP deployments (SAP and Microsoft preferred)Strong data background, ideally with experience in implementing Data StrategiesHands-on IT or engineering experienceExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholdersRequirements:Must be eligible to work in the UKAble to commute to the office location
