Head of JoineryDubai, UAE80k - 120k AED+ per month (depending on experience)A leading luxury developer in the UAE is seeking an exceptional Head of Joinery to establish and lead a new in-house joinery and millwork division.This is a rare opportunity to build a business unit from the ground up, taking ownership of the strategic, operational, technical and commercial direction of a high-end joinery operation supporting some of the region's most prestigious residential, hospitality and retail developments.Reporting directly to the CEO and working alongside other senior discipline leaders, you will play a key role in shaping the future delivery model of the business, bringing specialist joinery expertise in-house to drive quality, efficiency and long-term growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead the company's in-house joinery and millwork division.Establish manufacturing, production and operational strategies.Advise on factory setup, machinery investment and production capabilities.Oversee procurement and sourcing of raw materials, finishes, hardware and specialist products.Drive commercial performance, budgeting and profitability.Lead production, quality control, logistics and installation functions.Build and mentor a high-performing technical and operational team.Collaborate with development, design, procurement and construction teams across major projects.Implement best practice manufacturing processes and quality standards.Support long-term business planning and growth strategies.Requirements20+ years' experience within joinery, millwork or specialist manufacturing.Proven experience leading large-scale joinery operations within the UAE or wider GCC.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, factory operations and production planning.Experience delivering luxury residential, hospitality and/or retail projects.Demonstrated commercial acumen, including procurement, budgeting and operational management.Experience establishing, scaling or transforming manufacturing operations is highly desirable.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.Fluent English communication skills.What's on OfferOpportunity to establish and lead a new business division for one of the UAE's most recognised luxury developers.Direct exposure to executive leadership and strategic decision-making.High-profile luxury developments across residential, hospitality and retail sectors.Significant autonomy and influence over the growth and direction of the business.Executive-level salary and benefits package.
