Lead the legal team, deeply participate in legal review for new‑products and projects, and deliver legal opinions for business initiatives. Oversee corporate governance for group entities, manage dispute resolution, liaise with external counsels and third‑party stakeholders, and provide senior‑level legal support to management. Optimize the legal structure and corporate‑governance framework of the multinational group.Conduct regulatory research and license‑feasibility analysis across multiple jurisdictions including the United States, Bahrain, Bermuda, Singapore, the British Virgin Islands, Australia and Spain, and produce regulatory assessment and license‑implementation analysis reports.Take charge of legal work for M&A of overseas licensed entities, conduct due‑diligence and valuation on target companies, administer post‑acquisition entity maintenance, and continuously supervise local operations to ensure full compliance with ongoing regulatory obligations under relevant licenses.Lead the end‑to‑end application process for global virtual‑asset licenses, communicate, make representations and submit filings with regulators, and collaborate with external law firms to prepare legal opinions and implementation plans.Carry out feasibility studies for financial licenses, assess the business scope of authorised representatives, and formulate legal solutions for business roll‑out.Establish a standardized group‑wide contract template library covering brokerage, asset management, margin lending, DeFi, OTC trading, sponsorships and external partnerships, and oversee the overall contract‑review workflow.Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, with a valid practicing lawyer qualification; minimum 8 years of working experience in legal / compliance roles.
