High profile role!Singapore based hireJob DescriptionThe role is a mix of regulation, commercial and corporate work - with a key focus on regulatory advisory.The role will focus on product distribution and regulatory support to ensure the business can mix commercial growth with platform protection.Key stakeholder internally include product teams, deal teams, C-Suite and both in Asia and around the world.External stakeholders include regulatory bodies, government officials / lobbyists.You will manage a team of highly qualified legal and compliance professionals, as well as external counsel / consultancies.Requirements15+ years PQE, common law backgroundTier 1 education / academics and law firm trainingTechnology background and regulation focusedRegulatory advisory role and across AsiaCommercial and corporate experience, although secondary to regulationInternational experience can be education, working overseas, MNC environmentStakeholder managment skills at 10/10SD Legal was established in 2018 and now with physical office locations across Singapore and Hong Kong.
