Legal Strategy & ComplianceDevelop and implement legal and compliance strategies aligned with business objectives.Identify, assess, and manage legal risks across the Company and its subsidiaries.Advise CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Management on key legal and business matters.Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on operations.2. Corporate Governance & Commercial SupportOversee corporate governance matters, including corporate structure, internal policies, and corporate resolutions.Ensure compliance with corporate, labor, education, data protection, and related regulations.Draft, review, negotiate, and manage key commercial contracts.Provide legal support to business and operations teams.3. M&A, Investments & Strategic TransactionsLead legal aspects of M&A, investments, fundraising, and strategic transactions.Advise on transaction structures, legal risks, and mitigation solutions.Coordinate and work with external legal advisors and consultants.Support deal execution and post-transaction legal matters.4. Disputes & Legal OperationsOversee disputes, complaints, inspections, and litigation matters.Work with external counsel and authorities as required.Manage the in-house legal team, external counsel, and legal budgets.Continuously improve legal processes and risk management frameworks.REQUIREMENTBachelor’s degree in Law (Business Law, Economic Law, or Commercial Law).8–12 years of legal experience, with at least 3–5 years leading an in-house legal function or legal team.Solid knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and labor law; experience in M&A or strategic transactions is a strong advantage.Good command of English for professional working purposes.Strong legal mindset with a practical, business-oriented approach, able to balance legal risks with business needs.Experience in managing, coaching, and motivating a legal team, with the ability to develop team capabilities and foster collaboration.BENEFITAttractive salary up to 100,000,000 VND (Gross) and bonus based on performance.14 annual leavePerformance review per year.
