JOB ADVERT: Vice President, Head of Legal Senior Vice President, Head of LegalAl Ramz Corporation P.J.S.C. is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Vice President, Head of Legal to lead the Group Legal function. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all legal, regulatory, governance, and corporate matters across Al Ramz Group, while ensuring compliance with UAE laws and financial market regulationKey ResponsibilitiesLead the Legal Department and provide strategic legal advice to Executive Management and the Board.Oversee all legal matters, including commercial contracts, corporate governance, litigation, disputes, employment matters, and legal risk management.Act as the Group's legal expert on CMA (previously SCA), ADX, DFM, DFSA, and ADGM FSRA regulations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.Draft, review, negotiate, and manage complex legal agreements and maintain the Group's contract framework.Manage external law firms, legal budgets, litigation strategy, and regulatory investigations.Lead corporate restructuring, licensing, entity formation, regulatory approvals, and legal due diligence.Deliver legal training and regulatory awareness across the Group and support key governance committee.RequirementsBachelor's degree in law (Master's Degree preferred).Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in a recognized jurisdiction.Significant legal leadership experience within the UAE financial services or capital markets sector.Strong knowledge of CMA (previously SCA), ADX, DFM, DFSA, and ADGM FSRA regulations.Proven experience in corporate law, capital markets, securities brokerage, investment banking, asset management, regulatory compliance, and dispute management.Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.If you meet the above requirements, please send your CV (including your nationality and current location) to recruitment@alramz.ae.Due to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
