Our work focuses on helping organizations manage legal matters effectively while maintaining sound business practices and appropriate governance standards.The RoleWe are seeking a Head of Legal to provide senior-level oversight of legal affairs, contracts, corporate governance, and legal risk management. The role will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide practical legal guidance, review business arrangements, and support informed decision-making across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee day-to-day legal activities and corporate legal matters.Provide legal guidance to senior leadership and relevant business functions.Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.Identify and assess legal risks associated with business activities and transactions.Develop and maintain legal policies, procedures, templates, and documentation.Support corporate governance activities and ensure appropriate legal documentation.Coordinate with compliance, finance, HR, operations, and external legal advisors where required.Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments affecting business operations.Support contract management, renewals, amendments, and key legal deadlines.Provide guidance on commercial arrangements, business relationships, and organizational matters.Maintain organized legal records, agreements, correspondence, and case-related documentation.Oversee external counsel and legal service providers when necessary.Prepare legal updates, risk assessments, and recommendations for senior management.Identify opportunities to improve legal processes, controls, and documentation standards.Requirements3+ years of professional experience in legal affairs, corporate law, commercial law, contracts, or a related field preferred.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Law or a related discipline preferred.Strong understanding of contracts, corporate legal matters, governance, and legal risk.Strong analytical, research, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to interpret legal requirements and provide practical business guidance.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Ability to manage confidential information professionally and work independently.Previous remote or project-based experience is an advantage.What We OfferFully remote opportunity within the UAE.Part-time engagement with flexible hours.Flexible scheduling to accommodate senior professionals and existing commitments.Exposure to corporate legal, contract, governance, and risk management matters.Opportunity to contribute to strategic business and legal initiatives.Professional and collaborative remote working environment.
