If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.***Key aspects of the role include:Lead the legal function, acting as a strategic advisor to senior leadership.Provide legal advice on commercial contracts, regulatory matters, statutory obligations and business activities.Draft and negotiate complex contracts, transactions and agreements.Identify and manage legal and compliance risks, providing practical business-focused recommendations.Lead significant disputes, litigation, investigations and legal projects.Advise on regulatory, licensing, employment and other key legal matters.Manage and develop legal resources and support junior legal professionals.Build and maintain relationships with government authorities and regulatory bodies.Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory and reporting requirements.To be successful you will need to meet the following:Bachelor's degree in Law.10+ years' legal experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical, healthcare or another regulated industry.Fluent Arabic and English a must.Proven experience managing legal teams, projects and complex legal matters.Strong knowledge of Saudi legal and regulatory requirements.Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.Hiring?
