We are hiring Head of Legal for a Holding Companies with experience across diverse industries, including sectors like real estate, construction, oil & gas, investments, and financial services Etc.Candidates should have a background in well-established holding companies.Minimum 15 years' experience preferred in industry.o Experience in international trading and regulationso Experience in governance and compliance.o Contracting standards and administrationso Board management.o Experience in UAE lows and regulation.o Good background and connections in the local UAE market.
