My client are one of the most exciting tech freight companies in the UAE. They are looking for an outstanding candidate to own everything behind the quote. Rate supply, carrier and NVOCC negotiation, booking, and the operational quality our clients actually experienceOwn rate supply end to end: negotiate and maintain special agreements with small and mid-size NVOCCs and regional carriers on the India–UAE lane (FCL) and other lanes to followCut quote turnaround time, support the platform's quoting engineLead and improve the rate and operations desk (including additional hires)Act as the primary escalation point for client operational issuesDefine the operational requirements for the rate engine and booking flow, and advise on feature prioritizationWork with the tech team and product manager to validate engine output against real market ratesTrack carrier rates, capacity, surcharges and regulatory change on the India–UAE corridor; Turkey as we expandMap the carrier and NVOCC landscape and decide which rate sources we onboard firstPrepare weekly rate benchmark overviewLeading the sales unit and key account managers (until appointment of Head of Growth)
