Head of Logistics

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Leader to drive global logistics strategy, operational excellence, cost optimization, and supply continuity across international markets.Key Responsibilities:Lead global transportation, warehousing & distribution across North America, Europe, APAC & LATAMDevelop and execute global logistics strategyManage 3PL/4PL partners, freight forwarders & warehouse service providersDrive global trade compliance, customs & logistics risk managementLeverage SAP TM, WMS & shipment visibility platformsLead and mentor global logistics teamsOwn logistics budgets and deliver year-on-year cost savingsDrive sustainability initiatives across transportation and packagingWe’re looking for:✔️ Experience in Global Logistics & Distribution✔️ Preferably from Pharma, Healthcare or Process Manufacturing✔️ Strong knowledge of global trade & customs regulations✔️ Experience managing complex global operations and cross-functional teams✔️ Hands-on experience with SAP/SCM systems✔️ Strong stakeholder management & negotiation skills
