We are seeking an exceptional, high-impact Head of Market Expansion to lead the next phase of global growth. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this executive will own the end-to-end strategy, market entry, and scaling of new international territories from scratch.Unlike traditional operational roles focused on running mature core markets (, you will be a builder, not a runner. You will oversee emerging and expansion regions and owning the entire lifecycle of a market from zero presence to commercial maturity.Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal Market Expansion Strategy: Design, execute, and adapt market entry strategies for new international territories from scratchLeadership of Country Heads: Manage, mentor, and align country managers and regional expansion heads across emerging markets, ensuring strict adherence to commercial milestones and corporate governance.From Entry to Scale: Take markets from greenfield (zero presence) through initial setup, business development, regulatory navigation, and local team building until they achieve sustainable commercial maturity.Multi-Entity Navigation: Oversee complex, multi-entity corporate structures seamlessly, ensuring operational compliance, strategic alignment, and efficient local execution.Executive Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership and functional heads to allocate resources, define KPIs, and drive overarching corporate development across international footprints.Key Requirements & QualificationsExecutive Seniority: Proven track record at a Director, VP, or similar executive capacity within global FX brokerageExpansion Expertise: Extensive, hands-on experience opening new international markets (new offices) from scratch and managing cross-border country teams.Geographic Familiarity: Deep familiarity with emerging is a plusStrategic Agility: Exceptional ability to adapt high-level corporate strategy to diverse local regulatory and cultural landscapes.
