At Al-Qadsiah, you'll play a key role in shaping our legacy, contributing to the nation's sports vision, and making history every step of the way.Overview:As the Head of Marketing at Al-Qadsiah Club, you will lead the development and execution of the club's marketing strategy, driving domestic and international fan growth, strengthening brand equity, and increasing commercial value. Working across brand management, content strategy, digital marketing, creative, fan engagement and international marketing initiatives, you will build a world-class marketing function that positions Al-Qadsiah as one of the leading football brands in Saudi Arabia and on the global stage.Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & ManagementLead the development and delivery of the club's long-term marketing and brand strategy.Protect and strengthen the club's identity, positioning and visual standards across all fan-facing touchpoints.Deliver integrated marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, supporter engagement and commercial value.Ensure consistency across all fan-facing channels, partnerships, merchandise, stadium experiences, and communications.International MarketingDevelop international marketing strategies targeting priority football markets across Europe, Asia, North America, and key football territories.Drive global fan acquisition and engagement through targeted campaigns and content.Support overseas tours, events, player appearances, and commercial initiatives.Build relationships with international agencies, broadcasters, rightsholders and football stakeholders.Fan Growth & EngagementDevelop strategies that grow the club's fanbase across digital and physical channels.Work with Head of Digital to drive CRM and fan segmentation strategies to improve audience understanding and personalised communications.Work closely with commercial, ticketing and digital teams to increase attendance, memberships and revenue.Enhance supporter experiences across both matchdays and non-matchdays while ensuring campaigns are delivered against agreed objectives and KPIs.Campaign Planning & ExecutionLead annual and seasonal marketing planning processes.Develop integrated campaigns supporting: season launches, matchday promotion, ticket & hospitality sales, membership programmes, merchandise launches, sponsor activations, community initiatives, and international growth objectives.Deliver regular executive-level reporting on marketing effectiveness, fan growth, digital performance, campaign results, and ROI.Content Strategy & Creative LeadershipOversee the club's content strategy across all channels and lead the creation of compelling storytelling that connects supporters with players, coaches, and the club's wider vision.Ensure high-quality content production across video, social media, photography, editorial, and digital platforms.Manage internal creative teams and external agencies.Digital Marketing (alongside relevant Department heads)Lead all digital marketing activities including: social media marketing, paid media, search marketing, CRM and email marketing, mobile and app marketing, website performance, audience acquisition, optimise customer journeys and conversion funnels.Leadership & Team ManagementBuild, lead and develop a high-performing cross-function marketing team.Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.Manage agency relationships, budgets and external suppliers.Collaborate closely with senior leaders across commercial, communications, football operations, sponsorship, retail, and ticketing.Qualifications:Essential:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.Minimum of 8–10 years' experience in senior marketing leadership roles.Proven experience leading marketing functions within sport, entertainment, media, lifestyle or major consumer brands.Desirable:Experience within professional football or global sports organisations.Experience driving international brand expansion and audience growth.Knowledge of Middle Eastern and international football markets.Arabic language skills would be advantageous.Skills, Knowledge and Experience:Essential:Demonstrated success delivering brand, digital and fan growth strategies.Strong understanding of football audiences and supporter behaviour.Experience managing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns and significant marketing budgets.Strong commercial awareness with excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.Excellent analytical capability with experience using data and insights to inform decision-making.Desirable:Experience working within ambitious, high-growth organisations.Passion for football, fan culture and building globally recognised sports brands.Innovative, collaborative and results-driven leadership style.Why Join Al-Qadsiah?Be Part of the Legacy: Join a club that's redefining the future of Saudi sports, striving to lead the competition and set new standards of excellence.Experience the Culture: Thrive in an environment that values quality, accountability, diversity, synergy, innovation, and ambition, while embracing harmony—this is the Qadsiah Way.The Executives in Sport Group are retained on behalf of Al Qadsiah SC to make this appointment.
