This role oversees the development and execution of the firm’s marketing strategy, including planning campaigns that support key practice areas and business objectives. Daily tasks include leading market research initiatives, managing brand positioning, coordinating public relations efforts, and creating marketing materials that align with the firm’s professional image. The Head of Marketing will collaborate closely with attorneys and leadership to identify target markets, support client acquisition and retention, and ensure consistent messaging across digital and traditional channels. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, optimizing marketing budgets, and guiding any internal or external marketing resources.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in Market Planning and Marketing Management, with the ability to design and lead strategic marketing initiatives.Strong proficiency in Market Research to analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs in legal and corporate sectors.Background in Sales, with skills in developing campaigns that support business development and client relationship growth.Experience in Public Relations, including media outreach, reputation management, and communication strategy for professional services.Proven leadership in marketing roles within law firms, professional services, or B2B environments is highly beneficial.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create clear, professional content for diverse audiences.Strong analytical skills, including familiarity with marketing performance metrics and reporting tools.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Multilingual capabilities (e.g., English and Arabic) and prior exposure to
