We are seeking an exceptional Head of Marketing, Asia Pacific to join our Executive Leadership Team and lead the strategic direction of marketing, brand, communications, digital engagement and client experience across a portfolio of premium brands. This is a rare opportunity for a commercially minded marketing executive to shape the future of a multi-brand business operating across residential, trade, commercial and digital channels throughout Australia, Singapore and Malaysia.Working closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, you will drive brand growth, client acquisition, market leadership and commercial performance while further strengthening our reputation within the premium design, furniture, architectural products and interior solutions sectors.About the RoleAs Head of Marketing, Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated marketing strategy that drives business growth, strengthens brand positioning and enhances client engagement across all touchpoints.Leading a talented regional team, you will oversee the end-to-end marketing function, encompassing brand strategy, digital marketing and eCommerce performance, CRM and loyalty, trade and commercial lead generation, events and showroom activations, public relations and communications, sustainability initiatives, and marketing analytics and reporting.This role will play a critical part in shaping our market presence, accelerating commercial outcomes and reinforcing our position as a leader in premium design, furniture, architectural products and interior solutions.This role requires an innovative leader who can seamlessly balance strategic thinking with executional excellence. Key responsibilities include:Strategic Marketing LeadershipDevelop and execute the Asia Pacific marketing strategy across all brands.Lead marketing planning, budgeting and performance management.Drive market insights, innovation and continuous improvement.Align marketing initiatives with growth, acquisition and expansion objectives.Lead and develop a high-performing regional marketing team.Brand & CommunicationsStrengthen and elevate a portfolio of premium brands.Lead integrated campaigns, product launches and key marketing initiatives.Oversee content, communications and brand consistency across all channels.Drive thought leadership and manage corporate reputation.Digital, CRM & Client ExperienceLead digital marketing performance across search, social, content, email and paid media.Optimise websites, digital engagement and conversion performance.Drive CRM, loyalty and retention strategies.Leverage customer insights, analytics and technology to enhance the client experience.Trade & Commercial GrowthDevelop marketing initiatives that generate qualified trade and commercial opportunities.Strengthen engagement with architects, designers, developers and industry partners.Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to maximise pipeline conversion and client growth.Measure and demonstrate marketing's contribution to commercial outcomes.Events, Partnerships & Public RelationsLead major events, exhibitions, showroom activations and product launches.Develop strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.Manage PR, media and influencer relationships.Deliver premium experiences that strengthen both brand awareness and business performance.Sustainability & ESG CommunicationsEmbed sustainability into brand strategy, campaigns and storytelling.Communicate ESG commitments with authenticity and credibility.Support our positioning as a leader in sustainable design and responsible sourcing.Ensure sustainability communications are accurate, compliant and evidence-based.About YouYou are a proven senior marketing leader who combines commercial acumen, creativity and strategic vision.
