You will design and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, offline, and project-specific channels.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to specific residential and commercial projects.Campaign Management: Lead digital, social, print, and outdoor campaigns while closely monitoring lead generation, performance, and ROI.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, CRM, and Channel teams to hit business targets.Vendor & Team Leadership: Manage external agencies, vendors, and budgets while establishing performance objectives for the internal marketing team.Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot emerging opportunities and trends.What You Bring10–15 years of marketing experience, ideally within the real estate or property development sector.Proven success managing both traditional integrated campaigns and digital performance marketing.Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills.Experience managing agency relationships and overseeing marketing budgets.Why Join Us?Take ownership of the marketing vision for a growing real estate firm.
