Bayard Vacations is looking for a dynamic, visionary, and results-driven Head of Marketing to own and scale our entire marketing engine.This is an overall leadership position, not just a digital role. You will drive our comprehensive brand strategy, lead generation, offline initiatives, and corporate partnerships, while mentoring a high-performing creative team.📌 Role: Head of Marketing📍 Location: Bengaluru (On-site)💰 Compensation: ₹80,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month (Based on experience)⏳ Joining: Immediate Joiners PreferredWhat You Will Do:

• Overall Marketing Strategy: Define, build, and execute the annual marketing roadmap spanning digital, offline, brand positioning, and B2C/B2B growth.
• Revenue & Lead Generation: Own the high-intent lead generation engine across Google, Meta, and strategic channels to keep our sales pipelines thriving.
• Brand & Content Curation: Oversee end-to-end creative direction, destination marketing, travel storytelling, and community-building initiatives.
• Data-Driven Leadership: Map marketing metrics directly to business ROI, conversion rates, and revenue milestones.
• Team Mentorship: Lead, scale, and inspire our internal creative team of designers, video editors, and content strategists.What We Are Looking For:
• Experience: 5 to 10+ years of proven marketing leadership experience.
• Industry Edge: Prior experience or deep knowledge in the Tour Operating, Travel Agency, or Hospitality sector is highly preferred.
• Skillset: A master balancer of performance marketing data and creative brand positioning. You understand how to market high-ticket international group departures and curated holiday experiences.
