Qanoniah's AI is already used every day by major government entities and enterprises across the Kingdom. Yet the market doesn't know the full story. Your mission has two halves that must move together: grow revenue, and make the market recognize Qanoniah as the number one AI legal solution in the region.As Head of Marketing, you'll own all of marketing: brand and awareness, conferences and events, webinars, digital growth, product marketing, and sales enablement. You'll set the strategy, own the marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue targets, and build the department and the team, reporting directly to the CEO as a member of the leadership team. You'll inherit a small team and a Sales and Growth partnership that already speaks the same pipeline language; your job is to extend it to everything marketing does.You'll also define what Qanoniah stands for and make sure every General Counsel, Contracts Director, and Procurement leader in the Kingdom knows it. Awareness is part of the job, but here it is measured by the accounts it moves, not by impressions. This is a revenue and category leadership role, not an agency-management role. If you've been waiting for the seat where you build the category rather than inherit it, this is it.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the marketing strategy, the go-to-market plan, and the marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue targets, covering new logos and expansion, in lockstep with Sales and Customer Success.Build the marketing department: structure, processes, budget, the next hires, and the team you inherit.Define positioning and messaging across our product portfolio for legal, contracts, procurement, and digital transformation leaders.Lead demand generation across every channel: digital growth, webinars, conferences and events, account-based marketing, executive programs, and partners, all measured in one pipeline language shared with Sales.Make Qanoniah the reference name in legal AI for government entities and enterprises through brand, PR, and Arabic-first thought leadership.Equip Sales to win, and build the marketing operations that measure every riyal against pipeline.What We're Looking For7+ years in B2B marketing, including 4+ years marketing enterprise technology, AI technology, or SaaS to large enterprises and government entities in Saudi Arabia.Proven record of growing marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue. You speak in pipeline coverage and win rates, not impressions.You've taken a product or company from little-known to a recognized leader in its category, and you can show how.Strong product marketing, and the ability to make AI clear and trustworthy to a risk-averse legal buyer.Built or scaled a marketing function at an early stage, with at least 2 years leading a team and owning the strategy. A player-coach who leads strong specialists and knows when to delegate.Executive presence with General Counsels, government officials, media, and partners.Fluent in Arabic and English.
