Apply & track with Apply EdgeA growing legal technology business is looking for a Head of Marketing to build a more sophisticated, scalable demand generation engine and lead the wider marketing function. This is a commercially focused role where creating qualified pipeline and supporting revenue growth will be the biggest priority. Alongside demand generation, there is ownership across brand, positioning, product marketing, customer engagement and content. It’s a strong opportunity for someone who knows how to turn a complex B2B proposition into campaigns that cut through and deliver measurable results.The role will own the marketing strategy and translate it into an integrated demand generation programme across digital, content, events, partnerships and targeted campaigns. A major focus will be building repeatable pipeline contribution, improving channel performance and creating a clear view of what is driving engagement, conversion and ROI. There will also be responsibility for sharpening positioning and messaging, developing product and customer marketing, and ensuring sales has the insight and collateral needed to convert opportunities. Leading the marketing team and external partners comes with the role, alongside working closely with senior commercial stakeholders to ensure marketing activity stays connected to growth.The ideal background is senior B2B marketing experience with a strong track record in demand generation and pipeline creation, ideally within legal technology, SaaS, professional services or another complex B2B environment. Strong commercial judgement is essential, with the ability to connect campaigns and marketing investment directly to pipeline, revenue and retention outcomes. Confidence across digital acquisition, CRM, marketing automation, analytics and performance measurement will be highly valuable, as will strong positioning and messaging skills. Experience within legal technology, the wider legal sector or a subscription and recurring-revenue business would be particularly relevant.
